Shipping

Yes, we do! You can use your own freight forwarder, or we can help you find the best shipping solution. Many of our customers are located outside the United States, so we’re experienced in advising on international shipments.

For in-stock units, order prep and dispatch usually take 3–5 business days, plus transit time depending on your location (1–4 business days). If the unit is not in stock, delivery will depend on the manufacturer’s lead time.

Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer. Common carriers include FedEx, UPS, and others depending on the shipment.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with prior authorization and an RMA number. Returns without authorization will be sent back freight collect.
Exclusions apply; please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details. A restocking fee (minimum 20%) may apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

Analytical balances are designed for extremely precise measurements with readability up to 0.0001g (some of them up to 0.00001g), making them ideal for laboratories requiring high accuracy. Precision balances are less sensitive (usually readable to 0.001g or 0.01g) but are more robust and suitable for general weighing tasks.
