At ScalesHub, we strive to make every purchase a positive experience. If you are not completely satisfied, our returns and refunds process is here to help.

Order Cancellation (Prior to Shipment)

Customers may cancel an order before it is picked up by the designated shipper at the supplier’s shipping point.

In such cases, no payment will be due.

Product Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All returns require prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

RMA number must be attached to the return shipping documents.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer, freight collect.

Conditions:

Products may be exchanged or refunded.

All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to a ScalesHub error.

    • Non-returnable items (as specified at purchase).

    • Products not in resalable condition (opened, sampled, damaged, missing labels/manuals).

    • Partial quantities from bulk/full-case purchases.

    • Used items or items without original packaging.

    • Special-order, personalized, or customized products.

    • Products not purchased directly from ScalesHub.

    • Discontinued or clearance products (final sale).

    • Third-party supplier products are provided as accommodations.

    • Products shipped outside the United States.

    • Products are sourced from third-party suppliers. ScalesHub assigns any supplier warranty rights to the customer.

    • Warranties are void if products are damaged due to:

      • Normal wear and tear

      • Misuse, negligence, or accidents

      • Tampering, unauthorized repair, or modification

      • Improper storage or electrical surges

      • Use with non-approved equipment

    • Unauthorized service or use of non-original parts voids all warranties.

    ScalesHub is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from use, misuse, or failure of any product.
