Prices and Quotations

All prices published or quoted by ScalesHub may change without notice.

Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, insurance, duties, or installation unless specified.

Duties and Taxes

Sales tax applies to orders delivered within Florida, unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes in their jurisdiction.

Terms of Payment

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

  • Accepted methods: major credit cards, wire transfers, money orders, cashier’s checks, and personal or company checks.

  • Orders by personal/company check may take up to 10 banking days to clear.

  • $35 fee applies to returned checks.

  • International orders require a wire transfer (+$30 intermediary bank fee).

  • ScalesHub reserves the right to cancel any order due to fraud, errors, or product unavailability.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders of $455 or more (exclusions apply).

  • Items are sold for domestic use in the USA.

  • If exported, the customer assumes responsibility for compliance with US export regulations.

Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items may be exchanged or refunded (subject to a 20% restocking fee).

  • Clearance sale products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Product Warranties

Products are supplied by third-party manufacturers. ScalesHub assigns any supplier warranty rights to the customer.

  • Warranties are void if products are:

    • Damaged due to misuse, negligence, alteration, or tampering

    • Used outside the intended purpose

    • Stored improperly or exposed to power surges

  • Unauthorized repair or use of non-original parts voids warranty.

  • ScalesHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All site content (text, design, logos, graphics, images) is the property of ScalesHub.

Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

All other product names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

ScalesHub disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation.

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Force Majeure

Performance is excused if prevented due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), provided timely notice is given.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
Any invalid provision will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

Changes to Terms

ScalesHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
