Free Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping applies to most products and orders over $455.
Exclusions include:
LTL freight shipments
Products with special discounts
Expedited shipping options
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico
International orders

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (for in-stock items).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If expedited shipping is required, please contact sales@scaleshub.com.
If a product is out of stock, we will notify you with the estimated ship date. Substitutions or upgrades may be offered with your approval.

Most items ship directly from the manufacturer. Common carriers include:
FedEx
UPS
Other regional freight carriers (depending on product and destination)

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped.
Tracking numbers are provided and become active within 24 hours.

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any claims for shipping errors, shortages, or defects must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt.
If no claim is made within this period, the products are deemed accepted.

If your order arrives damaged:
File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
International
Shipping Policy
ScalesHub is not responsible for customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to international shipments.
Customers are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping.
International orders, as well as shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, are not eligible for free shipping.
